Update: 05-Sep-2025 17:54 Introduction To improve support experiences, we're expanding the Get diagnostics feature—currently available in the new Outlook for Windows—to Outlook for Web. This allows users to securely send diagnostic data to Microsoft Support directly from the Help tab, streamlining issue resolution. When this will happen: General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in mid-October 2025 and is expected to complete by late October 2025.
